How we handle your data
What we do with the details you leave when you book a table. It is short because what we collect is short.
This notice explains what we do with the information you leave when you book a table on this site. It is written under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law number 6698.
Who keeps the data

What we collect
Your first name, your last name and your phone number. Your email address if you give one. The date, the time, how many of you are coming and the language you booked in. A one way hash of your IP address, used only to stop automated booking floods. The original address is never stored.
If you write a note, we keep the note as well. A note may contain health information such as an allergy. That is why the note has its own tick box and is never kept unless you tick it. The booking goes through either way.
Why we collect it
To hold the table, to reach you if anything changes, and to know how many people to expect. The note, when you allow it, so the kitchen can prepare.
The legal grounds
Your name, phone number and booking details are processed because they are directly necessary to set up and carry out the booking, under article 5/2-c. The short record kept afterwards rests on legitimate interest, under article 5/2-f. The note, where it carries health information, rests on your explicit consent, under article 6. You can withdraw that consent at any time by calling us.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the restaurant. The booking is stored on our own site and shown to our own staff. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send it abroad. If we later use an email service to send confirmations, this notice will say so before it happens.
How long we keep it
The note is deleted the day after your booking. Your name, phone number and email are deleted after 12 months. What is left after that is the date, the time and the number of guests, which no longer identifies anyone and is used only for planning.
How it reaches us
Through the booking form on this site, which you fill in yourself. We collect nothing in the background and this page sets no tracking cookie.
If you left us a note
If you left a note through the code on your table or from the booking confirmation screen, what we keep is the text you wrote, the name and country if you gave them, the language of the note and the date you gave permission to publish it. Leave the permission box unticked and the note never appears on the site, only we read it. Leave the name blank and it is published anonymously.
The legal ground for these notes is your explicit consent, under article 5/1. You can withdraw it at any time and we take the note down the day you call. Nothing is published until a member of staff approves it.
Your rights
Under article 11 you can ask whether we hold data about you, ask what it is, ask why it is used, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, ask for it to be deleted, and object to a result reached only by automated analysis. We do no automated analysis.
